Statement of Significance:
Designed 1928 by Robertson and Marks, architects. One of the best known features of Sydney`s beach improvement schemes. Within the context of the Bondi townscape the structure is an important and significant element.

Description:
Rendered brick and concrete structure. The two storey building has a colonnade frontage of 398ft and is 158ft deep. Designed to accommodate 12,000 visitors at any one time. Downstairs includes dressing accommodation, shop, Turkish baths, while upstairs had ballroom (72ft by 38ft) with stage, kitchen, private dining room and offices.
